I am passionate about flavors and ingredients and strive to offer something different to my clients, aiming to push the boundaries a little by offering interesting flavors that can be a talking point for guests. All of my cakes are made fresh to order using European butter, cage-free eggs, ethically sourced chocolate and vanilla, and seasonal produce where possible. I make everything from scratch, from curds and syrups to salted caramel and nut pralines..it is what I love to do! My cake menu is a carefully chosen selection of my most popular flavors but I am always happy to tailor flavors to suit your requirements!
My cakes contain four layers of cake and three layers of filling, carefully assembled so they look exquisite when cut. Cakes are coated in a layer of swiss meringue buttercream for a sleek, flawless finish.
